Custom operations hubs

We learn your business like a new hire. then we build your hub

HubGenie AI builds a single, AI-powered hub over your ERP, your spreadsheets and your inbox. Your team asks for what it needs in plain words. The hub does the clicking.

Who we are

Not just an AI. Not just a developer.
A team that learns how your company works.

Software is the last step. First we study your workflow the way a good employee would in their first weeks: who does what, in which system, and where the day gets lost.

An AI tool

Answers what you type. It doesn’t know your customers, your suppliers or how your team really gets things done.

A developer

Builds what you specify. You still have to work out what to ask for, and explain your business from zero.

HubGenie

Learns your process first, designs the workflow with you, then builds a hub made for your company and keeps it in step as you change.

What we build

The three wishes we hear most.

Every company works differently, so every hub is built to order. This is where most teams start.

01

“Let me see everything in one place.”

One screen for the whole team: who owes you, what you owe, what sold, what’s late. It reads from the system you already use, sorts by urgency and links back to the original record.

hub.open("today")
02

“Stop making us do this by hand.”

The jobs that eat an afternoon, like price lists, commission reports, packing lists and delivery paperwork, take far less manual work and leave a record your team can review.

hub.run("price-list")
03

“Just let me ask.”

Ask the way you’d ask a colleague. The hub looks in your own data and shows where the answer came from, so you can check it.

hub.ask("who hasn't paid?")

Live demo

Walk around a finished hub.

Holy Stone is a made-up stone distributor with a real, working hub: the team home page, receivables, payables, sales, deliveries and the automations behind them. Click anything.

The demo opens by invitation: ask and we’ll send you a personal link. Once inside, pick any team to see what that team sees. Holy Stone is fictional and every name, number and document in it is invented. It shows what a hub can look like, not what yours will contain.

Where it started

It began inside
a real stone distributor.

HubGenie started as the hub one team needed on top of its ERP. These are some of the first things it was asked to do.

Examples from our own work, described in general terms. What a hub can do for you depends on your systems, your data and your process.

How it works

How we work.

Four steps, and your system stays where it is. Below them, the part most vendors leave out.

  1. 01

    We learn the job

We sit with your team and follow the work the way a new employee would: who does what, in which system, and where it gets stuck.

  2. 02

    We map the workflow

Before any code, we draw the process with you and agree on what changes, what stays and who approves what.

  3. 03

    We build your hub

Made for your company, on top of the software you already use. In most cases there is nothing to migrate and no new system to learn.

  4. 04

    We stay with it

Businesses change. We keep the hub in step with yours, and we answer when your team has a question.

Plain talk, before you decide.

How the hub reaches your software
Where your software offers an official connection (an API), we use it. Where it does not, the hub signs in with a login you give it and reads and fills the same screens your team uses. This is called screen automation (some call it scraping), and it is a common way to work with software that has no API.
When your vendor changes something
Your ERP belongs to its vendor. From time to time they update a screen, a report or a sign-in step, usually without notice. When that happens, the part of the hub that depends on it may pause or need a review until we adjust it. That is normal for this kind of work, it can be fixed, and fixing it is part of the upkeep in your agreement. What we cannot do is promise it will never happen, or say in advance how long a given change will take.
Browser systems are faster than installed ones
Software you open in a browser is the quickest to connect and the fastest to run. Software installed on a computer (quoting tools such as AutoQuotes are one example) takes longer: it needs its own login and a dedicated computer the automation can fully control, first to be taught each step and then to run it.
What stays with you
Your team reviews what the hub prepares before it counts. Your account with your software vendor stays yours, including checking that its terms allow this kind of access; we show you exactly what the hub does so that is easy to do. Uptime, speed and results are the ones written in your agreement, not promised here.

Custom, every time. No template. Your hub is designed around your process.

Your people stay in charge. The hub prepares and suggests; your team reviews and approves.

Works with what you have. First built on Stone Profits; designed to sit on other systems too.
