This website describes the services of HubGenie AI. It is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise of any particular result.

Illustrations and the demo

Screens, figures and examples on this site and in the linked demo are illustrations. Holy Stone is a fictional company, and every name, number and document shown for it is invented. Any resemblance to real businesses or people is coincidental.

No guarantee of results

Descriptions of what a hub does are based on our own work and are given in general terms. What we can build for you, how long it takes and what it achieves depend on your systems, your data and your processes. Results are not guaranteed.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, legal, financial or other professional advice. Tools we build prepare and organize information; your team remains responsible for reviewing it and for the decisions made with it.

Our work with clients

Every project is governed by its own written agreement between HubGenie AI and the client. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement controls. Contacting us through this site does not create a contract or a client relationship.

Other companies’ names

HubGenie AI is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Stone Profits or any other software vendor named here. Product and company names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HubGenie AI is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content.

Privacy

• This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
• The contact form does not send anything from the page. It opens your own email app with a message you can read and edit before sending.
• If you email us, we use what you send only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. Please do not send passwords or confidential data.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the pages are served through Cloudflare. Those providers receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads the site.
